SI Database is an independent educational and editorial publication from Neura Collective, operated by Brandion LLC. This Privacy Policy describes information handled in connection with sidatabase.com and how to contact us about it.
Information you choose to send
If you use our Contact form, you provide a name, email address, a topic, and your message. We use these details to read and respond to inquiries, correct reporting, respond to privacy or accessibility requests, and administer the publication. You may also contact us directly at info@sidatabase.com. Please do not send passwords, confidential records, or unnecessary sensitive information.
The SI Database Contact form emails submissions to our mailbox using WordPress and its configured email-delivery service. The custom form does not deliberately create a separate WordPress record of each submission. Messages, delivery metadata, and any related correspondence may nevertheless be retained by our email provider, mailbox, hosting infrastructure, or backups.
Basic technical information and security
As with most websites, our hosting and security systems may process technical information such as internet protocol (IP) addresses, request times, requested pages, and browser or device information to deliver and protect the service. The precise logs and retention settings depend on our hosting configuration.
To reduce automated Contact form abuse, our custom form briefly holds a keyed hash derived from the submitting connection’s IP address and an attempt count on the server. This rate-limit entry is set to expire after approximately 15 minutes. The form also uses a hidden anti-spam field and submission-validation tokens. These measures do not use a third-party CAPTCHA in the current implementation.
Cookies and related technologies
WordPress uses cookies for authenticated site editors and administrators. Our hosting and LiteSpeed Cache setup may also use cookies or comparable technologies for performance, security, and page delivery. See our Cookie Notice for the distinction between technologies we know are present in our software and those that depend on live configuration.
Analytics and advertising
As of October 13, 2026, SI Database has not enabled Google Analytics, Google AdSense, or Meta Pixel as part of the site’s planned editorial setup. We may introduce analytics or advertising in the future. Before doing so, we will review the providers and their data practices, update our notices, and implement any legally required consent or privacy controls. We will not treat future services as though they are already operating.
Interactive labs and external links
Our current Text-to-SQL, Semantic Search, and Data Cleanup labs use predetermined teaching examples; they do not submit those examples to a third-party AI service or live database. Articles and vendor profiles may link to independent websites, whose own policies apply when you visit them.
How long information is kept
We retain correspondence as needed to handle an inquiry, administer the publication, meet legal obligations, or resolve a dispute. Email, hosting logs, and backup data may have different retention periods that depend on system settings and provider policies. We do not claim a single fixed retention period for all these systems.
Your questions and privacy requests
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of certain personal information, and to exercise other privacy choices. Email info@sidatabase.com with a privacy inquiry. We may need to verify your request before taking action.
Changes
We will update this policy if our practices change, including if we add analytics, advertising, mailing-list services, or new interactive features. The site operator is Brandion LLC, and Neura Collective is its editorial publishing identity.
